Ok shoutbox finally is working, I decided to keep both the comment post and shoutbox for the time being. Use comment if you wanna say something about the post and use shoutbox if you just have to say something in general. Oh yeah the links and the site meter are now at the very bottom of the blog they didn't disappear.
